Honeycomb is natural honey in wax cells, without filtration or heating. It contains wax, propolis and pollen, has a pronounced flavour and crystallises slowly. Yet comb alone does not guarantee quality: bees may be fed sugar and foundation may contain impurities. Choose a trustworthy producer and know what to look for.
